The Role : Relationship ManagerWe are looking for a Portuguese speaking mid career professional who is comfortable working in a remote environment, motivated, comfortable within a flexible early start-up environment, capable of taking initiative and driving new ideas forward.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with managing clients relationships, customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience.
You will be able to work closely with clients to understand their needs.
This individual will have excellent communication abilities, relationship management and negotiation skills.You will:Drive spend across your key clients book by cross-sell, retention, and expansion to induce overall growth and usage of Reap servicesServe as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationshipsMaximize the revenue per account through value-based selling and advising best solutions to your key clientsMaintain and foster relationships with clients by ensuring best customer experience and preventing churnWork with existing Web3 and Web2 accounts to provide product solutions, upsell and to ensure satisfactionTasked to grow existing key relationships and meeting assigned growth KPIs as well as to bring in new product innovation insights from key clientsLiaise with cross functional teams to execute on clients requestsWorking closely with our product team to deepen client relationshipsLearn, have fun and get things done We re looking for someone with:Minimum 8-10 years of proven success in client management in API / Payments / Card issuanceFamiliarity with sales performance metricsStrong negotiation, presentation and communication skillsAbility to adapt or build new SOPs to cater for changing product features deployment with the Relationship Management TeamFluent in English and PortugueseStrong verbal and written communication skillsDynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindsetSelf-motivated and a quick learnerHighly adaptable with a can-do attitudeEmpathy toward the concerns of others, both within and outside ReapNice to haves:Self-motivated and a quick learnerExceptional team playerExtreme open-mindednessClear and concise communicationAbout Reap:Reap is a technology company dedicated to fueling the ambitions of both traditional fiat and web3 businesses.
