As the biggest engine manufacturer in China, Weichai Group is looking for a high-performance Sales Representative for Diesel Engine and Gen-set Business (Data Center Market).
This position will be responsible for planning and implementing all the sales activities of Weichai Diesel Engine and Gen-sets business, especially the Data Center Market in Brazil.Responsibilities:New Business develop in Brazil Market;Lead the sales activities of the diesel engine and generator set business (Data Center Market);Design the sales action plan and strategies to achieve the sales targets aligned with company top management;Define price & product positioning in country;Responsible for new distributors development;Plan and conduct direct marketing activities;Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships;Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis;Monitor and report on sales activities;Skills Required:Relevant knowledge of Diesel Engine, Gen-set and Data Center Market;Proven tracking records in business development.Knowledge of customer service;Proven ability to achieve sales target.New distributors / OEM development and network setting up.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Good planning and organizational skills.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.2+ years experience in Gen-set Marketing (Data Center Market).Proficient in English (written and spoken).
