Currently, we are on the lookout for a Staff Front-End Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in the field. You will be at the forefront of our client’s web development efforts, translating user needs into intuitive, high-performing, and visually captivating interfaces. You will also collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft User Experiences: Immerse yourself in user-centric design, weaving functionality and aesthetics into seamless web interfaces.

• Performance Mastery: Optimize our web platforms, ensuring they are not only visually appealing but also blazingly fast, responsive, and accessible across devices and browsers.

• Bridge the Gap: Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, understanding and translating their visions into functional, pixel-perfect web interfaces. Work seamlessly with back-end teams to integrate APIs and data sources.

• Champion Best Practices: Stay at the forefront of front-end development practices, advocating for progressive web apps, server-side rendering, and the latest CSS Grid and Flexbox techniques.

• Mentor & Guide: Share your wealth of knowledge and expertise, guiding junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Technical Stack:

• Primary: Python/FastAPI and React

• Additional: Node.js, Rust, React Native

• Mandatory: Git, Docker

• Nice to Have: AWS, Terraform

About You:

• At least 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, data structures/algorithms, and testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

• A relentless quest for perfection and a genuine passion for creating immersive digital experiences that users love.

• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, Angular, or Svelte. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (including ES6+), CSS preprocessors like SCSS or LESS, and bundling tools like Webpack or Rollup. Familiarity with cloud-based hosting solutions and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

• Adaptability and a continuous learning approach, keeping pace with the ever-evolving web landscape.

• A strong team player who appreciates the symbiotic relationship between front-end and back-end systems and excels in cross-functional collaboration.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
