(Junior) Technical Support Engineer for EV Charging Infrastructure (Remote Work in Brazil)

Your responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to our clients and service provider for all technical issues related to XCHARGE´s AC or DC fast-charging solutions in Brazil. - Responsible for on-site operation guidance, training for clients and service providers in the region.
• Work with R&D, quality, and other departments from HQ to develop after-sales solutions, or to investigate related on-site issues.
• Troubleshoot after-sales issues and offer solutions to clients. - Manage regional spare parts inventory, plan reserves base on repair needs, and minimize emergency orders.
• Develop and maintain after-sales manuals in local language
• Oversee order status from delivery to on-site, ensuring timely resolution of installations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical background, e.g., studies in electrical/mechanical engineering
• Passionate about EV charging, sustainability, energy transition, and e-mobility
• Ideally possess a driver’s license
• Knowledge of embedded system and programming languages
• Good English and Portuguese language skills; Chinese language will be considered as a plus
• Good communication skills, solution/customer-oriented mindset as well as team spirit
• Willing to travel within the region up to 50% of the time
