About The Role

By joining our global FP&A team and partnering with our ID Tech Business, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and produce valuable insights that will contribute to our financial progress. Your work will help shape the future of our company and drive us toward greater success.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Independently Lead Business finance partnering with the IdTech Business Teams, evoke productive discussions around business performance wrt. Revenue analysis and critical drivers, cost control, and committed margins

2. Independently analyze various aspects of Budgeting, including Top-Down, Bottom-up, and zero-based Budgeting

3. Periodic forecasting, including monthly forecasting of business and accounting P&Ls, rolling forecast for P&L as well as cash flow

4. Variance analysis of budgets vs. actuals, budgets vs. rolling forecasts, and forecasts vs. actuals

5. Building and Analysing Product P&Ls

6. CAC Analysis

7. Review actual Cash flows and forecast cash in hand

8. PR/PO/GL dump analysis leading to costing insights that encourage zero-based costing

Desirable Qualifications

CA/US CPA (first attempt)

Essential Skill Sets

1. Excellent analytical skills and exposure to GL scrutiny

2. Templatization of reports to ensure standardization

3. Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple stakeholders and teams

4. Excellent working skills in Google Sheets / Sharepoint and other resources

5. Comfort with SAP/NetSuite/Custom ERPs

6. Comfort with transformation tools and integration of templates with Data lakes and other analytical/transformation-focused resources
