Now we are looking for a Quality Specialist in Brazil who will be responsible for assisting a commercial team with INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification. As the market is new for us, it provides the candidate with a big opportunity for personal and career growth!

Responsibilities

• Check INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification necessity for requests from commercial team
• Communicate with specialised companies which provides INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification service for each product category
• Receive quotations and search for the best rates
• Certification process follow up
• Keep track of expiration date of the current certifications
• Monitor feedback and complaints to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.

Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience on the same position
• Good knowledge of INMETRO / ANVISA / ANATEL certification
• Native or advanced Portuguese
• Fluent English
• Good communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Proactive approach
