As a Senior Product Manager at Zubale, you will spearhead the end-to-end lifecycle of our innovative products. This pivotal role entails not only the ideation and design of new offerings based on meticulous market research but also crafting and executing a strategic roadmap to secure product-market fit and foster subsequent growth phases. Your role will be crucial in taking our fulfillment software products to the next level, requiring a blend of visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Leadership: Lead the full product cycle from the ground up, including ideation, strategy formulation, roadmap development, and scaling products for growth and expansion.
• Design and develop new products by analyzing market needs and customer feedback.
• Define and refine product strategies and roadmaps to achieve product-market fit and drive growth.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, and executive teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality product implementation within fast-paced environments.
• Co-design go-to-market strategies with the Sales team and General Manager, aligning product launches with business objectives.
• Lead and manage relationships with stakeholders across various levels of seniority within the organization.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and strategies.
• Conduct deep qualitative and quantitative analyses to gather insights and feedback.
• Design and execute rapid experiments to test hypotheses and improve product features.
• User-Centric Design: Emphasize consumer-centric product development, targeting various customer personas to ensure broad market appeal and satisfaction.
• Champion the voice of the customer in product development, ensuring solutions meet their needs and exceed expectations.
• Business Metrics and Data Fluency: Ability to generate its own dashboard, generate data insights and translate them into financial impact. (ROI, Profit Potential, etc)

Requirements:

• +5 Years of experience leading products with high complexity and uncertainty
• English and Spanish are a must, Portuguese good to have
• Ability to drive value in a fast paced high uncertainty startup environments
• Proven experience in leading the development of b2b products, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in gig, marketplace and last mile delivery.
• Highly analytical, with experience building products with high usage of Data Science.
• Solid background in developing and managing revenue-generating products, with a specific focus in SaaS
• Familiarity with products powered by Large Language Models (LLM) and generative AI technologies is a plus
• Proficient in user research, product discovery, and leveraging insights to inform product development.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of running both qualitative and quantitative analysis to guide product improvements.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
