As a Senior UX Researcher, you bring a blend of expertise, leadership, and a collaborative spirit to advance our understanding of user needs and behaviors. You will lead a variety of research initiatives to shape and improve the user experience across client products, providing strategic insights that inform design and product strategy.

What You’ll Do

Roles + Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a comprehensive range of research methods, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches, to support product innovation and user experience design
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle
• Champion the role of user research in strategic discussions, ensuring that user insights contribute to business objectives and product strategy
• Develop and refine user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints, translating complex behaviors into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
• Design, recruit for, and conduct end-to-end research studies, including usability tests, interviews, and surveys
• Analyze research data using advanced methods to reveal underlying patterns and insights
• Present compelling, evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders, driving user-centered decisions

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of dedicated UX research experience with a track record of impacting user experience strategy
• Proven ability to design and lead a wide range of user research activities
• Mastery of usability principles, heuristics, and a nuanced understanding of cognitive biases
• Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the agility to utilize minimal resources effectively
• Continuous engagement with the latest UX research trends and openness to evolving methodologies
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work autonomously and guide others
• You have experience with research-specific tools such as UserTesting.com
• This is not necessary but is a bonus if you have a bachelor’s or MS in human behavior-related field
