The Marketing Specialist role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and proficiency in English. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing budgets, overseeing campaigns, and analyzing effectiveness. Collaboration with global teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our regional objectives and target audience.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
• Lead and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital social media (LinkedIn).
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and leads generation process to adjust in optimizing results.
• Analyze market trends and insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and enhancement for each country.
• Support the PR agency by developing a strategic communication plan for the region.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns and collaborate with internal (Global) team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing required.
• Proficiency in English Language: speaking and writing.
• Experience in a marketing role, preferably in services B2B.
• Understanding of marketing principles, brand management, services trends, and the digital landscape.
• Data-driven decision-maker with a deep understanding of performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation management, best practices, email marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Advanced analytical, statistical analysis, organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, results- and detail-oriented.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of encouraging strong working relationships.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Proficiency in prospection tools and platforms such as Brand Watch, Jira, Salesforce, Pardot (Optional).
• Demonstrate agility and ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
