• Your Responsibilities. You can build a relationship with each client and make them walk out of the boutique precisely with what they want. We provide you with the tools to get the job done. Each Client Advisor receives their iPhone, product training, CRM targets, and practical repair knowledge to assist with in-store repairs.

• Your Personality. Are you someone who thrives on client relationships? We hope you can bring your personality, strengths, and talents to RIMOWA. Whether you are experienced in the luxury sector or looking to join this community, we want to hear from you. At RIMOWA, every voice matters and makes an impact. Fluency in English is required.
