This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of intelligent data products in a company where innovation and impact go hand-in-hand.What You ll Do:Provide technical leadership and vision for the design, training, deployment, and scaling of large language models (LLMs) and machine learning systemsDrive the architecture and development of end-to-end AI solutions, from data pipelines to productionized models with real-world impactLead initiatives on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-model orchestration to support advanced product featuresMentor and guide a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellenceEvaluate and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to keep our AI capabilities at the cutting edgePartner closely with engineering, product, and executive leadership to align AI strategy with business goalsSet standards for code quality, model governance, deployment practices, and AI/ML best practices company-wideWrite and review high-quality Python code in a production-focused, fast-paced environmentWhat We re Looking For:8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with deep expertise in LLMs, generative AI, and applied machine learningDemonstrated success in building and scaling complex AI systems in production environmentsProven ability to design, fine-tune, and operationalize large language models, including open-source and proprietary frameworksAdvanced knowledge of RAG systems, vector databases, and hybrid model architecturesExpertise in Python and ML ecosystems (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain)Strong background in cloud infrastructure and MLOps for scalable AI deployment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring other engineersExceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
