Balneário Camboriú - SCSalary: Up to R$15,000.00 per monthAbout the roleZoocha Group is looking to establish a formalised Magento service offering and is seeking a Senior Magento Developer to join the team.
This role involves duties such as developing, maintaining, and integrating Magento with Drupal and other platforms to create seamless customer experiences.Why we are hiringWithin the Zoocha Group, we want to formalise our Magento service offering in response to growing demand from both new and existing clients.
Our team already includes developers with Magento experience, who are keen to work on integrating Magento e-commerce with Drupal platforms.
This builds on our heritage in e-commerce and established reputation in Drupal development, hosting, and support, as well as our recent venture into native mobile application development under the Mobitronica brand.By creating a dedicated e-commerce business unit with specialist Magento skills within Zoocha Group, we will better meet the expectations of clients who want a single partner to support multiple technologies across their digital ecosystem.
With specialised teams for Magento and Drupal, we can ensure high-quality integration that fuses commerce and content in engaging ways, delivering added value for our clients.
This move reinforces Zoocha s position as a strategic digital partner, rather than merely a specialist provider.Your remitZoocha will be looking to you to lead the Zoocha Group Magento service offering from a technical perspective.
This will involve:Collaborating with existing Zoocha Drupal developers who have Magento experience and want to push the limits of what can be achieved with integrating Magento and DrupalInvolved in all aspects of the development, support and maintenance of supported Magento sitesOptimising Magento for scalability, security, performance and a smooth user experiencePerforming audits of Magento sites and making observations and recommendations on issues and improvements spanning security, performance, architecture, configuration, standards compliance and similarCreating and maintaining documentation for supported applicationsStaying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and Magento, making recommendations for improvement to supported sitesScaling the team to meet demandWhat we re looking for from you:5+ years of experience working with MagentoProficient in PHP, MySQL, and server-side technologiesHave extensive experience with Magento upgrades, performance tuning, and debuggingExperience working with APIs for integration purposesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailContribute to team knowledge sharing and code reviewsNice-to-have experience:Familiarity with DrupalWorking within an Agile based delivery teamExperience in an agency environment is a plusMandatory requirements:This is a hybrid role based in Brazil, ideally within regular commuting distance of our Balneário Camboriú office.
