With over 3000 consultants, we are headquartered in Indianapolis USA, with delivery centers in Canada, India, Brazil, Argentina and Philippines.Key Responsibilities:· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies.· Develop technical design documents, including data models, system architecture, and integration plans.· Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the development team, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.· Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards.· Perform system performance optimization and troubleshooting as needed.· Collaborate with functional consultants and other technical experts to deliver integrated solutions.· Support presales activities by participating in RFPs, preparing proposals, and providing technical expertise to clients.· Demonstrate strong communication skills by effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.· Provide consulting services and guidance to clients, recommending best practices and optimal solutions.What you bring to be successful:· Proven experience as an SAP Technical Architect or a similar role.· Strong full stack development background, with expertise in SAP ABAP, Ui5, Fiori, OData, and other relevant SAP technologies.· Extensive experience in S/4 HANA projects, including end-to-end implementation experience.· In-depth knowledge and implementation of SAP BTP services, integration capabilities and technologies.· Solid understanding of technical architecture principles and best practices.· Demonstrated experience in creating technical design documents, system integration plans, and other related artifacts.· Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality and performance.· Strong presales experience, including participation in RFPs, proposal preparation, and solution design.· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.· Prior consulting experience is highly desirable.· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
