In this individual contributor role, you will ensure the smooth running of infrastructure /system/security/PC operation across all DyStar Brazil offices, including Sao Paulo and Apiuna.Responsibilities:Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.Tracking SAP support 1st level (Basis, ABAP, Customizing) tickets at the internal helpdesk when needed regarding the SAP ECC problems.IT Help Desk all levels all sites - software & hardwareIT InfrastructureValuation and tests hardware and softwarePurchase IT equipmentSelection, valuation and administration IT providersBackup data protectionIT Security and antivirus administrationCommunications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access)Application server managerOther IT tasks/projects assigned by Group ITWindows user administrationRequirements:Graduation in IT / EngineeringMust be able to communicate in English - Advanced to Fluent in writing and speaking.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT (advantage to have basic SAP knowledge)Able to Negotiate, inter-personnel relationship, business insight and initiativeAble to work independentlyMin.
5 years of Wintel administration experience.Min.
