Analista de Service Desk - Remoto

Job Title: IT Service Desk Agent Location: São Paulo, Brazil Languages Required: English & Portuguese Experience: 3 5 yearsJob Description: We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Agent to join our team in São Paulo.
This role acts as the first point of contact for end-users, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Portuguese and be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for users via phone, email, or chatTroubleshoot technical issues remotely using diagnostic toolsAnalyze problems and determine effective solutionsEscalate unresolved issues as per knowledge base proceduresDocument issues, resolutions, and events accuratelySuggest process improvements and participate in knowledge sharingMeet service level targets and performance KPIsRequirements:3 5 years of experience in a help desk or technical support roleStrong logical thinking and troubleshooting abilitiesKnowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and softwareITIL Foundation certification preferredExcellent communication skills in English and PortugueseCustomer-focused with a patient and professional approachWillingness to work in 24x7 shifts with rotational offs
