Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager (Bilingual English)Remote (São Paulo, Brazil) | Full-Time | Contractor RoleAbout the Role:We are a growing wellness business seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager to join our team full-time.
In this role, you ll work closely with the founder to support daily operations, manage social media channels, and nurture an engaged, wellness-focused community.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has experience supporting entrepreneurs, and is passionate about wellness, social media, and creating meaningful digital connections.Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Pinterest, and other platforms Write and edit captions that align with our tone and values Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and thoughtful manner Maintain and optimize the content calendar Monitor insights and analytics to report on growth and engagement, and make data-driven suggestions Ensure consistent visual and brand identity across all channels Assist with light content creation, including graphics and templates Administrative & Founder Support Manage inboxes, client communications, appointment bookings, and confirmations Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations Conduct research for collaborations, partnerships, and community outreach Support with event coordination and backend logistics Proactively manage schedules and anticipate business needs Maintain organized digital files and records Community & Brand Growth Assist with brand partnership outreach and relationship management Help maintain a welcoming and responsive experience for all clients and community members Monitor industry trends in wellness and social media to keep the brand current and innovativeIdeal Candidate: Bilingual: Fluent in English Prior experience working closely with a founder, entrepreneur, or small team Experience managing social media accounts, preferably in wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or service-based industries Strong written communication and editing skills Proficient with tools such as Instagram, Canva, Pinterest, and scheduling platforms (Jane App) Exceptionally organized and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated Trustworthy and maintains confidentiality Genuine interest in wellness, self-care, and holistic livingBonus (but not required): Experience with email marketing platforms (Flodesk, Mailchimp, etc.) Basic design skills for social media (templates, simple graphics) Familiarity with wellness trends and community engagement best practicesCompensation & Details: Full-time, remote role Contractor position, based in São Paulo, Brazil Competitive pay, based on experience Flexible schedule, with regular virtual check-ins Opportunities for growth and development within the company Payments processed monthly via secure international platformTo Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you re an excellent fit for this role.
