The client is one of the biggest world leader in fragrances, makeup and skincare with very positive results in the luxury division of Perfumes & Cosmetics.The main objectives of the Sales Manager will be to lead discussions, and implement actions, aimed at improving the Brand s performance with retailers, through effective strategies, building a consistent Business Plan and working together with our partners.
The Sales Manager will manage all stages of the sales chain, Sellin & Sellout, implementing the necessary actions to ensure the delivery of business results.
Regarding sellout, the Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the point-of-sale team, together with the support of an agency.OverallDevelop and implement sales strategy for each Retail, identifying growth opportunities and leading the strategy to pursue them manage commercial annual budget.Responsible for following-up KPIs and proactively optimize and make necessary changes when necessary.Build and maintain a strong client relationship allowing easier negotiations and long-term partnership, following the Ethics & Compliance policies.Weekly and bi-weekly monitor results, and proactively plan solutions to constantly improve performance.Responsible for the planning forecast to ensure best fulfillment of inventory: analysis of stock needs and sell-in of products to maintain healthy stock in the portfolio, ensuring the introduction of launches and offers at the correct timing.Weekly touchpoints with the sales team.Ensure monthly sales objectives by working with those responsible for the different areas to define marketing, merchandising, and strategies that contribute to achieving the objectives.Work with sales force to reduce turnover in assigned area by developing highly motivated, knowledgeable, and productive Beauty Consultants.Support marketing and training activities.Measurement and follow-upSell-out and Sellin performance.Analysis of the monthly figure and action plan.Increase productivity per door (pdv).Measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions and precise reporting on coaching.Track field training actions.SalesForecast turnover, and unit and value, based on historical sales, trade plan and commercial guidelines.Ensure adequate stock coverage for all products through forecasting accuracy and quota management.Suggest and maximize potential sales of all new product launches.Analyze sell in and sell out information, developing an action plan when it is necessary.Responsible for sellin and sellout results.Key CompetenciesCapable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.Demonstrable expertise to manage different retailers profile.Excellent ability to influence others, encourage teamwork, and build strong internal and external relationships.Self-started and Can-Do attitude to lead, develop and deliver the commercial agenda.Data Driven mindset to show how the area impacts the business in short and medium term.Able to prioritise work in a fast-changing environment.Soft and Hard Skills:Data driven person, Results Oriented, Strategic Thinking, Problem Solver.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Hard worker, rigorous and strong organization skills.Excellent Communicator - both verbal & writtenStrong platform and presentation skills.Experience in people management.Entrepreneurs sprit, Proactive, Self-motivate and enthusiastic.Advanced Excel, Power Point.Fluent in English.Fluent in Spanish will be a plus.Sensitivity to Luxury goods.Availability to travel at least 30{a8518964897eede9b9e10c51159434946b83bd80120f41459799e6ad2735e9b5} of the time and work at the office Teamwork, good communication with Team and partners.Analytical profile, Results Oriented, Strategic Thinking.Benefits:Meal ticket: R$51.00/day.Transportation or parking.TotalPass - optional.Product Purchase with incredible descount.Birthday gift - R$1,000.00/year.Life and Health Insurance without descount.Dental insurance - optional.Annual bonus: 5{a8518964897eede9b9e10c51159434946b83bd80120f41459799e6ad2735e9b5} x annual compensation, related to results.
