About the jobMissionTo assist the marketing team in all aspects of marketing, and relationship management to ensure a successful roll-out of marketing campaignsMain tasks and responsibilitiesAssist the Global Marketing Director in the implementation of the marketing-sales plan and strategy in order to maximize business and revenue.Executes integrated marketing and communications plans based on the overall marketing strategy.Conducts basic research, analyses market conditions, and competitor data to support overall marketing strategy.Maintains internal and external communication and relationship with key stakeholders, property owners, and partners.Assists the marketing team in developing relationships with key brand and media partners for cross-promotions and barter deals to minimize advertising costs and keep a competitive advantage.Manage structured campaign schedules and create first-class marketing communications collateralAdvise the database team on strategic data requirements and adapt campaigns to market responsesInitiate relevant strategic partnerships for each campaign with key industry associations and mediaEducation and ExperienceDegree Holder or any equivalent qualificationMinimum of 2-3 years experience in the same or similar postFluent in Arabic, Kurdish and EnglishTechnical RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skills in English.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to all levels of management.Results oriented.
