Working for the licensed group brands PlayUZU and BacanaPlay , in this role, you will build and nurture our online community, creating a strong connection between our brand and our players.
You will engage with the community across various platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging experience that enhances player loyalty and promotes our online casino offerings.As part of this role, you will also manage the influencers, streamers, and other digital profiles who advocate for our brand, thus improving our relationships with our audiences, creating new communities, and helping our fan base grow.Your Responsibilities Content Creation: produce and share compelling content tailored to the Brazilian market on platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.Content development: collaborate with the marketing team to create and share engaging content, including posts, updates, and promotions tailored to the Brazilian iGaming audience.Partner coordination: Work with our social media agencies to coordinate their work and create new content.Community engagement: actively engage with the player community on social media platforms, forums, and other online channels.
Manage and improve responsiveness in responses (AHT: Average Handling Time).
Monitor and manage open tickets.Influencer Marketing: identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators.
Coordinate campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and ensure alignment with brand values and tone of voice.Manage influencer collaborations, from brief creation to execution and reporting.Listening: gather and analyse player feedback to provide insights to the product and marketing teams, helping to improve the overall player experience.Market monitoring: keep community strategy innovative and relevant, stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and player preferences in the Brazilian market.Crisis management: monitor crisis and identify opportunities for interactions or marketing initiatives; handle community-related issues or conflicts professionally, ensuring a positive resolution that maintains the brand s reputation.
Working closely with Customer Support teams to provide help and answers to players.Analytics and Reporting: classify all social media content, track and report community engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimise community strategies.Event coordination: plan and execute online events, tournaments, and promotions that resonate with the community and drive player engagement.What we are looking for:At least 3 years of experience in community management and content creation.Experience with social media management tools and community engagement platforms, such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Emplify, Stilingue, etc.Strong command of written and spoken Portuguese; proficiency in English is mandatoryAbility to build and maintain relationships with a diverse online community.Deep knowledge of the digital environment, with creative and innovative skills.Desirable previous experience in organising and managing online gaming events or tournaments.Familiarity with online casino games and their player dynamics is recommended.A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative community engagement strategiesIt is a differentiator to have a deep understanding of the Brazilian iGaming community and player behaviour.What s in it for YOU?Excellent work environment, reporting to the Marketing Manager.Attractive salary package Hybrid system, working three days from home and two from the São Paulo office.Casual Dress Code A chance to advance professionally inside one of the world s largest iGaming organisationsFun activities and social events.
