ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our HR Business Partner (HRBP) team.
This team plays a key role in supporting the Logistics operations across South America.
As an HRBP Intern, you will primarily assist in day-to-day operations and collaborate with multicultural teams from various departments.
This role will be based on our Faria Lima office.
Job Responsibilities: Assist in the business strategic planning processes of the South America fulfillment region by supporting the development of HR strategies aligned with local business needs and contributing to their implementation to foster business growth and sustainability.
Support business units in designing employee learning and development initiatives, including assisting with cross-cultural onboarding, professional skills training, high-potential talent programs, and leadership development efforts for managers.
Contribute to the preparation of organizational solutions such as organizational design recommendations and compensation strategies, helping address business challenges and improve employee engagement.
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance the integration of global and local cultures by assisting in cross-regional collaboration projects and team-building activities to strengthen multicultural team cohesion.
Provide support in the coordination of special HR projects, including regional digital transformation efforts, labor cost optimization analysis, and other initiatives aimed at addressing strategic human resources challenges.Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor s degree.
Strong interest in Human Resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Availability to work 100{a8ec54f4336533f2f10ac171bcb039bb1cb7b108c8410e25b9d3baf8e1e2dbab} on site in our Faria Lima Office.
Advanced or Fluent English communications skills.
