Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed and updated Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) RequirementsBachelor s degree preferredProactive and positive attitudeSolid knowledge of import ad exportExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer service and client relations skillsQuick critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to use computers, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsHave a passion in logistics and desire to grow with our fantastic teamocean freight forwarding experience is a musthands on experience for MERCANTE / SISCOMEX system inputgood network of airlines and airfreight master co-loadersProficient in English and Portuguese
