We offer:100% Remote Position$27 USD per hour Depending on ExperienceTitle: .Net Full Stack Production SupportJob DescriptionJoin the PRM (Production Reliability Management) Team as a key contributor responsible for managing and resolving application incidents across a complex ecosystem of .NET and web-based systems.
Your technical expertise will ensure application stability, optimal service levels, and a high-quality end-user experience.Key Responsibilities:Receive, log, and resolve incidents submitted to the PRM Team, with a strong focus on .NET and web-based application ecosystems.Proactively monitor application performance using toolsets to detect issues before they impact users.Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack, including .NET backend services, APIs, and web front-end components.Apply deep understanding of .NET, Java, JavaScript, and related frameworks to triage incidents and identify root causes.Lead critical incident escalations: coordinate communication, manage incident bridges, and work toward resolution or viable workarounds.Facilitate rapid recovery during outages and drive post-incident root cause analysis and long-term remediation strategies.Collaborate with development and support teams to continuously improve the reliability of .NET/web applications.Complete and track support tickets through resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor s degree or current enrollment in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C , ASP.NET, .NET Core), including debugging and troubleshooting production issues.Familiarity with Java-based applications and hybrid architectures.Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, or Sybase).Minimum 4 years experience in ITIL-based Incident and Problem Management, with proven ownership of service incidents from detection to resolution.Working knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management principles.Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SSRS to analyze trends and inform decisions.
