We are seeking a full-time Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 5-8 years of manual testing experience to join the software engineering team for our U.S.-based client.
Primary duties include testing new feature enhancements, maintaining test cases, and overall regression testing.

Built by industry experts, their end-to-end business automation and performance optimization systems enable over 2300 customers to drive smarter decisions and better results via real-time insights, advanced analytics, and total asset control.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing with stakeholdersAnalyze requirements and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements in the software applicationConfigure test environments to execute required test casesDefine, execute, and analyze test plans and casesConduct review meetings to share test case status, discuss concerns and risk items, drive comprehensive test coverage, and assure general team alignmentCollaborate with the team to validate acceptance criteria achievementTrack defect and bug resolution progress and results using the client defect tracking systemWork well under pressure with deadlinesDisplay flexibility and proficiency at setting prioritiesRequired ExperienceExcellent English communication skills5 years of manual QA testing experience, including functional, bug verification, regression, user acceptance, user experience, integration, performance, security, acceptance, smoke testing, sanity testing, and load testingExperience with API and Backend/Database validation methodologiesExperienced with the complete software testing lifecycle, including test planning, test analysis, test design, test environment setup, test execution, test closure, and defect retestingBasic test automation knowledge - understanding the key concepts such as strategies and types Understanding of Agile methodologiesExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsA positive attitude, always looking to empower the success of othersWillingness to take ownership and find ways to unblock oneselfTrustworthy, team-oriented, and transparentDesired ExperienceUniversity degree or relevant industry experience (ideally a technical or engineering degree) Familiarity with the oil & gas industryAdditional InformationKnowing your ideas are heard and matter, think big You get to own your job and be recognized for your contributionsWork with smart and creative peopleMaking mistakes is human.
