You will analyze our existing processes across HR, Sales, Customer Support, Content, and Production, and automate the heck out of everything that doesn t need a human touch.You ll wield tools like N8N, GPT/LLM APIs, and agentic workflows to build a lean, mean, AI-powered ops machine.What You ll Be DoingAudit and map out all manual or inefficient workflows across the companyBuild AI and automation systems to replace/assist in:HR: resume filtering, candidate scoring, onboarding, etc.Sales: outreach, lead tracking, appointment bookingCustomer service: AI chat support, ticket triage, knowledge base creationProduction: AI-enhanced brief parsing, task creation, design assistant toolsContent: full AI content engine for blogs, emails, and socialIntegrate systems across tools like Freshdesk, Slack, Notion, WordPress, Google Workspace, Stripe, etc.Create SOPs and documentation so the team can use/maintain what you buildStay on top of bleeding-edge AI/automation tech and bring new ideas to the tableWhat You Should Have3+ years building automation systems with Zapier, Make, or N8N (preferred)Hands-on experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or similar LLMs via APIDeep understanding of prompt engineering, agents, vector databases, etc.Proven experience creating internal tools that save people timeSystems thinking mindset: you see inputs, outputs, and leverage pointsGood communication skills especially when explaining what the heck your AI stack is doingBonus: experience with Python/Node.js, if you need to build custom integrationsTraits We LoveRuthlessly efficient: you hate repetitionProactive: you don t wait to be told what to automate, you hunt it downCreative: you can connect random tools like a mad scientist with a purposeResults-driven: you measure success in hours saved, leads generated, errors preventedStartup-minded: you re not here to play corporate, you re here to buildBenefitsLocation: Home-based - Permanent work from home, co-working space, beach, wherever you d like as long as you have a laptop and good internet connection.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h/dayPaid Time-Off: 15 days of paid leave + 10 unpaid days + 2 sick days paid (after 6 months of tenure).Bonuses: Christmas bonus, performance-based increase/bonus, and career progression. Health Benefit after 6 months of tenurePerks: Work anniversary gifts plus additional paid leaves
