The Client Launch & Experience Lead will be responsible for overseeing client onboarding processes, providing exceptional client services, managing communication between clients and internal teams, conducting financial assessments, and supporting sales activities.
The role requires ensuring positive client experiences and maintaining high satisfaction levels.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insightsExceptional client services and communication skills to manage client relationships effectivelyExperience in finance to handle financial assessments and analysesSales skills to support and enhance business development effortsBachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related fieldAbility to work independently and remotely with minimal supervisionPrevious experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
