Network Engineer to work for one of our US-based clients.
This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries.
Job location: Remote, work anywhere from Brazil.This job requires excellent English, written and spoken.
Please submit a resume in English and be prepared for English language interviews throughout the process.Responsibilities:Responsible for deployment and operations of large scale enterprise network infrastructure including Switches, Access Point, Wireless Controllers, DNAC etc.Attending to the tickets assigned to the queue, queue monitoring for services, adhering to the Incident & change management processSupporting services as per defined process & guidelines adhering to complianceReport & maintain accurate inventory information as per the defined processEnsure all audit required data are captured with respect to task executedContribute to the various technology documentation e.g.
SOPs, design & configuration documents, Project & SIP reportsUpdate the knowledge on new trends and technologies, acquire cross functional skills and share Knowledge with the teamLifecycle management of products/services- includes inventory management, contract management, design documents, SOP creation, incident management, problem management and service reporting (performance, capacity and availability);Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planningAudit and process compliance and participate in Internal and External AuditsRequirements12+ years of IT Infrastructure / Network experienceMUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISHMUST HAVE experince with Cisco and ArubaGood to have knowledge with Juniper and Arista switchesSolid background in network administration and architectureWorking knowledge of BGP, MPLS and OSPFFamiliarity with access control models and network securitySolid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)Highly desirable a professional certification (e.g.
CCNA, CCNP, CCDA)Highly desirable previous experience working for international companies / global implementations
