ITTConnect is seeking a Data Science Engineer, experienced in Python and SQL to fill a position with a US-based client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and consulting services present in nearly 50 countries.As Data Science Engineer, you will work as part of a team working in a challenging, innovative environment for our client.
Investigate, create, and implement the solutions for many technical challenges using cutting edge technologies, including building/enhancing their Data processing platform.Job location: Remote, work from home anywhere in Brazil.Must speak English.
All interviews will be done in English, as well as the work after that.Requirements:A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar domain.4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, data engineering, or related role.Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.Expertise on SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g.
hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, such as Matlab, R, SAS or Python.Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g.
Chartio, Looker, Tableau).Experience in building full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other scripting and statistical tools.The insight to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way.Nice to have:Experience building large scale, real-time applicationsContributor to open-source projects.Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies.
