Mobility Procurement Associate-BrazilLocation: Remote - Sao Paulo, Brazil - Work from home**** Resumes must be submitted in English ****We need a Mobility Procurement Associate for our Fortune 500 Clients Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Mobility Procurement Associate.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing client orders from approval through to end-user delivery, utilizing various communication tools and business systems to ensure seamless order fulfillment and tracking.

As we continue to grow, we re expanding our mobility team and looking to hire talented individuals like you immediately Key Responsibilities: Place orders through cellular carrier portals or our partner s system.Manage orders from client approval through to end-user delivery.Use our ticketing system to search for order issues, carrier notifications, and take appropriate actions.Use the ticketing system to distribute order confirmations, carrier tracking, and other pertinent information.Follow client-specific order processes and procedures to ensure accurate order fulfillment.Provide and review reports as required.Effectively utilize business tools including email, spreadsheets, and documents.Maintain a minimum of 95% error-free productivity for the first 3 months, progressing to 99.5%+ thereafter.Maintain adherence to the assigned schedule and consistent attendance.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.Required Skills and Qualifications:Intermediate or better English language proficiency.Ability to effectively communicate via chat, email, and video conferencing.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex order processes.Proficiency with business tools (email, spreadsheets, and documents).Ability to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy.Strong time management and organizational skills.Must have access to reliable power, high-speed Internet service and a Personal Computer (company specific security software will need to be installed on it).
Will also need a dedicated workspace (not a coffee shop or public space).
Additional Information:This is a freelancer position.
Benefits (such as healthcare, paid time off or 13th month pay) are not provided.
You will be an independent direct contractor ("freelancer") with Mindglobal and paid hourly for time worked.
You will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week and as a contractor can choose your time off and holidays.
Monday Friday or Tuesday Saturday 7AM Central Time to 4PM Central TimeMust be available to maintain consistent attendance and adhere to the assigned schedule.This is a freelancer position with hourly pay.Start Date: 6/1/2025Salary: $5200 BRL for monthlyWant to know more about Mindglobal, check us out at www.mindglobal.com.
