It s for someone who s obsessed with quality, sees problems before they happen, and enjoys owning the impact they create.Your MissionDrive growth through metrics by proactively identifying, collecting, and analyzing key user engagement, satisfaction, and financial metrics to inform data-driven decisions that grow revenue and reduce risk.Anticipate and neutralize threats by proactively identifying potential system vulnerabilities and third-party service risks, and implementing contingency plans and backup systems for rapid recovery.Elevate user experiences by maintaining and improving our web platform (WordPress, Beaver Builder, LearnDash, MemberPress) to ensure a polished, intuitive experience for over 5,000 annual users.Support content and client communication workflows using tools like Drip (email automation), Stripe & PayPal (billing), Cloudflare (security and speed), and Vimeo (course hosting).Test and experiment launch A/B tests, interpret results, and apply findings to improve user conversion, retention, and satisfaction.Automate excellence by using AI and automation tools (like n8n, bots, ChatGPT) to create internal efficiencies, support users, and speed up decision-making.Collaborate with purpose by partnering with educators to transform technical content into compelling courses and resources.Bonus if you bring video editing or graphic design skills, but they re not a must we care more about your strategic thinking and systems expertise.Who You AreAn A-player: quality-obsessed, optimistic, resourceful, and gritty with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.A WordPress expert with deep, hands-on experience building and optimizing complex WordPress sites.
