Enabley is a fast-growing learning technology startup headquartered in Israel with a substantial and growing customer base in Brazil. We re looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join our international product development group, working full-time alongside our local team in São Paulo  Our platform serves companies with deskless workforces in industries like retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.
(e.g., Vivo, Coca-Cola, Chilli Beans, Unilever, and many others).
We help employees learn and grow on the go, whether through desktop or mobile, ensuring they stay connected to their company, no matter where they are.  What You ll Do Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring robust functionality across desktop and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with other software engineers, product managers, and designers to implement new features and enhance existing ones. Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices for software development. Contribute to frontend and mobile development, utilizing your expertise in technologies such as React.js, JavaScript, and Flutter. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery of code. Solve complex problems, optimize performance, and ensure applications are reliable and secure.  What We Offer A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and getting the job done with a smile :) The chance to impact learning experiences for millions of deskless workers. A hybrid work model at least 2 days a week in our São Paulo offices (Berrini/Pinheiros area), with the rest remote.  Who You Are 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development with React.js Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Proficient in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile app development. Proven experience building and deploying mobile applications to both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including the review and approval process. Familiarity with mobile app store guidelines, release management, provisioning profiles, certificates, and versioning. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and building UIs for both web and mobile. Experience with REST APIs and integrating backend services. Exposure to performance profiling and debugging tools for mobile apps. Experience with design system with A11Y knowledge. Problem Solver: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in English are essential, as it is our primary working language. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or within a team. Team Player: Collaborative, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments, and fun to work with :)  Ready to code the future of learning? Apply now and join us in shaping the future of learning for deskless workers
