The company is relaunching its digital presence to drive inbound demand from a highly specialized technical audience.Position Overview:We re looking for a full-time SEO & Growth Marketing Lead to drive qualified traffic, improve site performance, and support broader digital campaigns over time.
This is a hands-on, mid-senior level role ideal for someone who can work independently, think strategically, and thrive in a lean team environment.
You ll start by owning SEO and Webflow management, with room to grow into paid campaigns, email marketing, and more.Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy & ExecutionBuild and execute a 6-month SEO roadmap across technical, on-page, and backlink initiativesConduct keyword research in niche B2B spaces (e.g.
polyurethane processing, elastomer mixing, automation)Optimize existing content and create briefs for high-intent landing pages and case studiesWebsite Management (Webflow + Figma)Implement CRO best practices (A/B testing, CTAs, form flows)Make ongoing site updates, including HTML/CSS tweaks and image compressionCollaborate on copy when gaps arise; support UX improvementsAnalytics & ReportingSet up and manage GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrushTrack key KPIs (organic sessions, rankings, lead quality, conversion rates)Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insightsDigital Marketing & Lead Generation (Ramp-Up Phase)Plan and launch targeted Google Ads and LinkedIn campaignsBuild and manage email workflows in Mailchimp or HubSpotPublish LinkedIn posts and coordinate trade-show promotionsCross-Functional & Ad-Hoc SupportExecute micro-tasks like meta tag edits, UTM tagging, and tracking pixel installsProvide marketing input on product naming, print collateral, and trade show materialsQualifications:3+ years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experience, ideally in a mid-senior capacityTrack record of success in niche, technical keyword spacesStrong technical SEO skills: Core Web Vitals, crawl budgets, schema markupProficiency with SEMrush, GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Webflow, and FigmaStrong written and spoken English; able to translate engineering concepts into clear marketing messagesReliable, independent, and comfortable working with limited oversightNice-to-Haves:Experience in polymers, elastomers, or capital equipment marketingFamiliarity with HubSpot CRM, Genius ERP, or similar platformsDesign ability in Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD for quick-turn marketing visualsKnowledge of U.S.
