Join us in shaping the future of work.Overview of the role:The Learning Associate Manager position focuses on developing and implementing learning strategies and onboarding programs within the People Experience team.
This role combines leadership responsibilities with instructional design expertise to enhance employee development and performance while aligning training initiatives with business objectives and supporting organizational growth.Key responsibilities:- Designing and implementing comprehensive onboarding and learning programs for employees across the organization.- Leading and developing a team of learning specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.- Analyzing training needs and developing curricula to address skill gaps and enhance professional development.- Creating and maintaining a reporting framework to measure learning program effectiveness and impact.- Collaborating with department heads to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.- Implementing innovative learning methodologies and frameworks to enhance knowledge retention and application.- Managing learning projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Requirements:- Learning & Development: 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.- Onboarding: 2+ years of experience in Onboarding.- Leadership: 4+ years of experience in a managerial role.- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Education or Business Administration/Management.- Data Skills: Strong data management and reporting capabilities.- Methodologies: Knowledge of learning frameworks and instructional design methodologies.- Initiative: Proactive mindset with strong initiative and self-regulation.- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.- Team Development: Proven leadership abilities and team development experience.- Project Management: Planning and execution capabilities for learning initiatives.- Language Skills: Advanced level of English.Benefits: Flexibility: Choose where and how you work for enhanced creativity and innovation.
