We re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our global team at Prosci Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about executing digital marketing tasks using tools like HubSpot and Salesforce? We re looking for someone who thrives in day-to-day marketing execution and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Please note: This is a fully operational role.We are not looking for managers or strategic leadership profiles.
The position is focused on tactical execution and daily marketing tasks.
Key responsibilities include:Executing and maintaining marketing campaigns and workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce.Managing logistics for global webinars, including registration setup, email invitations, technical support, and post-event communications.Creating and scheduling assets like emails, forms, and CTAs with a focus on quality and consistency.Supporting localization and content updates for Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets.Uploading and updating website content such as blogs and case studies using CMS tools.
What we re looking for:Currently living in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing operations or a similar support role (non-managerial).Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing & CMS Hub) and Salesforce.Familiarity with UX principles, basic SEO, and digital content publishing.High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Strong attention to detail, task ownership, and the ability to follow through consistently.Advanced English is required; Portuguese or another language is a strong plus.We re looking for someone who enjoys executing tasks, collaborating across teams, and keeping operations running smoothly.Apply now or share this opportunity with someone who s a great fit Together, we re changing how organizations lead change.
