ITTConnect is seeking a BI Analyst to work remotely for a client in the US.
This is a potentially long term position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services with over 300,000 team members in nearly 50 countries.
The end client is in the retail space.Job location: Remote, work from home, anywhere in Brazil.Only resumes in English will be reviewed.

All interviews will be in English only.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust data models to support analytical and product data needs across the organizationBuild visually appealing, high-performing, and impactful reporting/dashboard products using tools like Tableau/Sigma across large data setsCollaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data solutionsImplement and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality, reliability, and performanceOwn and define business KPIs, their measurement plans, data requirements and reportingBuild processes to ensure correct, timely and reliable reportingAddress ad-hoc reporting requirements and find pathways for automationBuild and enforce common design patterns to increase report reusability, readability and standardizationCollaborates with other teams.Requirements:7+ years of IT experience3+ years experience working in business intelligence, data analytics, Data engineering or a similar roleStrong SQL skills and experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling, 3 Nf, data vault)Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Scala Experience building reporting and dashboarding solutions using Tableau, Sigma, Data Lake/Snowflake or similar ecosystemExpert in Database fundamentals, SQL and performance tuningExcellent communication skills and experience working with technical and non-technical teamsAbility to think strategically, analyze and interpret market and consumer information.Nice to Haves:Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologiesExperience with modern data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, DataBricks, Redshift) and knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their data requirements.
