You will gain hands-on experience with our online store processes, direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales, marketplaces, and digital channels, with a focus on performance, operational excellence, and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist with product listings and updates on the eCommerce platform (pricing, descriptions, images, licenses, etc.);Support in order tracking, license key delivery, and customer inquiries;Help execute promotional and commercial campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team;Monitor the user journey on our online store and suggest improvements;Generate simple reports and dashboards to analyze store performance (sales, conversion rates, top-selling products, etc.);Support communication with logistics partners, payment gateways, and global teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Trade, Information Systems, or related fields (3rd semester or above);Interest in technology, eCommerce, and cybersecurity;Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;Well-organized and deadline-oriented;Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;Fluent English (reading and writing).Preferred Qualifications:Experience with eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, VTEX, or similar);Familiarity with UX principles, SEO, or tools like Google Analytics;Basic understanding of cybersecurity or a strong interest in the tech industry.
