Senior Accounting & Tax Analyst Confidential Company Location: Campinas, SP On-site Employment Type: Full-time | CLT Language Requirement: Advanced English mandatory Department: Finance Accounting & Tax Reports to: Finance DirectorAbout the RoleA confidential multinational company is seeking a Senior Accounting & Tax Analyst to join its finance team in Brazil.
This position plays a key role in managing accounting and tax operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting external audits and global reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accounting and tax processes in compliance with Brazilian legislation and IFRS;Prepare financial statements, explanatory notes, and reporting packages;Manage fixed assets, intangible assets, and lease accounting (IFRS 16);Calculate and file direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ/CSLL, ICMS, IPI, ISS, etc.);Submit monthly and annual tax obligations (SPED, ECD, ECF, DCTF, REINF, etc.);Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants;Ensure timely month-end close and account reconciliations;Analyze budget vs.
actual variances and present to LATAM Controllership.RequirementsBachelor s degree in Accounting (postgraduate in Tax or Accounting is a plus);Advanced English mandatory (written and spoken);Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax and accounting regulations;Experience with ERP systems and Excel (intermediate to advanced);Previous experience in financial reporting and audit support.
