Gerente de Compliance e Segurança Operacional

-Job Responsibilities:Establishing governance models to ensure adherence to multi-jurisdictional labour regulations and enterprise risk standards.Leading strategic design of compliance and onboarding ecosystems.Championing cross-functional alignment between legal, operations leadership and other cross-functional teams.Developing and implementing comprehensive safety protocols, including insurance frameworks and rider protection programs, to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce safety.Directing audit intelligence systems with predictive analytics capabilities and root-cause resolution protocols.Pioneering process innovation through automation solutions and data-driven workflow optimisations.
-Job requirements:5+ years progressive leadership experience in regulated workforce management (logistics/gig economy preferred)Knowledge of regional labour laws and compliance frameworks in target markets.A proactive approach to risk mitigation and process optimisation.Enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative environment.Proficiency in data analysis tools to track courier onboarding metrics.Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
