We are seeking a professional with at least 2 years of experience in Billing and Customer Experience (CX).
This role requires close collaboration with teams such as Accounting, Credit Control, and Sales, and may occasionally involve on-site support at our São Paulo office.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Ensuring correct setup of the Operations section in Salesforce for new contracts and renewals.Direct communication with clients and consultants to verify information and build relationships.Entering data into relevant systems.Creating and sending contracts (SOA/STC/SOW), in collaboration with the Compliance team.Monitoring the SOW status (pending vs.
received) / Receiving Purchase Orders (POs).Supporting the sales team with commission-related matters.Overseeing the onboarding process for consultants/clients for new contracts or renewals, including sending or verifying contracts as needed.Collecting and processing timesheets and expenses, including for professional services contracts, permanent placements, or payroll solutions.Direct contact with consultants regarding timesheets or other related matters.Processing consultant invoices.Creating and processing client invoices (including permanent placements).Investigating issues and working closely with departments such as IT, K2 Konnect Product Support, Credit Control, Accounting, or Sales.Processing credit notes.Skills and Requirements:Excellent communication skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with different internal and external stakeholders.Customer service orientation Ability to work in a service-focused role.Organizational skills Ability to prioritize appropriately while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in managing documents/contracts (e.g., commercial agreements, NDAs, etc.) is a plus.Problem-solving skills Ability to understand and resolve issues that may arise in daily operations.Attention to detail Essential to avoid errors and ensure accuracy.Adaptability Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly changing environment.Continuous improvement mindset Willingness to improve workflow efficiency and processes.Teamwork Ability to collaborate effectively in a cooperative environment.-----This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
