Engenheiro de Suporte Técnico

Responsibility:1.Responsible for meeting the needs of customers maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction.2.Committed to making the Inovance s products better and better such as on-site commissioning of batch delivery, customer site troubleshooting, and feedback product improvement to R&D.3.Responsible for the signing, optimization and daily inspections of service partners, such as service center and maintenance center.4.Responsible for the dispatch of service partners , and arrange work according to customer needs.5.Committed on making customers better use of Inovance s products, such as providing training or troubleshooting manuals.Requirements:1.Mechanical, electrical, automation and other engineering disciplines.2.Familiar with inverter, servo, motor, PLC and other automation products.3.Accept travelling, hard-working and have good communication skills and team spirit.4.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
