Gravity Interactive serves North American gamers along with players from various other countries, ensuring a broad and diverse gaming community.Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a User Acquisition and Performance Marketing Specialist.
This role will be responsible for driving user growth through various acquisition strategies, conducting market research, analyzing user data, and managing acquisition programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:Campaign Execution & Optimization-Assist in setting up and managing paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).-Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding, targeting, and creatives to improve efficiency.-Conduct A/B tests to enhance ad performance and conversion rates.-Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives.Data Analysis & Reporting-Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.-Support the team with weekly and monthly performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.-Use tools like Google Analytics, Adjust, or AppsFlyer to analyze user behavior and campaign performance.Growth Marketing & Digital Strategy-Stay updated on new trends, ad formats, and best practices in performance marketing.-Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand marketing funnels and user journeys.-Experiment with different growth strategies, including influencer marketing, partnerships, and organic UA.Qualifications+2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or user acquisition.Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.Knowledge of the entertainment software industry.Basic knowledge of video games.
Familiarity with PC and Mobile games.Basic ability and dexterity in playing video games.Flexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarity.Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaignsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityEffective oral and written communication skills.Fluent Brazilian PortugueseLives in São Paulo-BrazilAdvanced English reading and writing skillsPositive and professional attitude.Good problem-solving skills.Korean language skills a plusWork Type: On-Site/ Independent ContractorCompensation: USD 2,000.00/month***Only resumes/CVs in English will be considered***
