Together we protect the world from cyber threats.Join us to become part of an exceptional team, while remaining yourself and using your skills to keep us growing and evolving Role Summary:A senior technical expert delivering onsite/remote professional services for enterprise clients, specializing in Kaspersky product deployment, configuration, and optimization.
Acts as both a technical consultant and primary customer liaison during engagements.Key Responsibilities:Deliver sold Kaspersky Professional Services (both onsite and remotely) with high customer satisfaction.Assist partner support organizations in service delivery when required.Manage, escalate and drive resolution of customer issues using established processes.Participate in solution design for new and existing customers.Evaluate customer environments to optimize Kaspersky product usage.Test and evaluate new technical solutions and product releases in virtual environments.Document all service engagement details (technical notes, time tracking, project status).Develop strong customer relationships and facilitate communication with Sales/Pre-sales teams.
Report project status to customers and management.
Create innovative strategies to resolve customer issues.
Provide product feedback and feature requests to product managers.
Maintain and update technical documentation (SOWs, project plans, Visio diagrams).Keep deep practical knowledge of Kaspersky applications and integrations.Develop training materials and lead technical training classes.Occasionally act as PreSales Engineer when requested.Contribute to PS strategy development and technology planning.Improve cross-functional relationships with other business units.Qualifications & Requirements:Education & Certifications:BS in IT, MIS, Computer Science or equivalent.Industry certs accepted (PMI/Scrum/Agile).Technical certifications:CompTIA (A+, N+, Security+, Server+).
Microsoft (MCP Windows Server 2008+, Win7+; SysAdmin Win Server 2016+/Win10+).CISSP, CCNA (beneficial), VMware/Linux equivalents.
Experience:5+ years in advanced infosec professional services/consulting/technical support.Technical Expertise:OS/Networking: Windows Server 2008+, Windows 7+, Linux, TCP/IP, LAN.
Infrastructure: DNS, AD, group policy, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Citrix).
Security: Firewalls, authentication, encryption, AV solutions.
Troubleshooting: Log/trace/dump analysis, QA methodologies.
Professional Skills:Communication: Professional phone, business writing, presentations.
Negotiation, conflict resolution, training delivery.
Time management, strategic planning, team collaboration.
Multicultural environment experience.
Languages:Fluent English + local native language
