Job Responsibilities:1.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial interviews, and interview coordination.2.
Support supervisors in talent market research and analysis, providing industry insights.3.
Manage and expand recruitment channels.4.
Contribute to building and maintaining the company s talent database.5.
Participate in HR projects (e.g., campus recruitment, employer branding, employee referral programs).Qualifications:1.
Bachelor s degree, fluent communication skills (Chinese + Portuguese or English required as working languages).2.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.3.
Collaborative team player with a proactive learning mindset.4.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.5.
Preferred: Basic HR knowledge/experience with BI tools.
