You ll be instrumental in expanding our footprint across the Americas while building lasting partnerships with manufacturing leaders.What You ll DoPartnership DevelopmentBuild strategic relationships with decision-makers at chemical manufacturing facilities across the US and Latin AmericaConduct comprehensive operational assessments to understand client challenges and growth opportunitiesDevelop tailored solutions that demonstrate clear ROI and competitive advantagesExpand software adoption within existing accounts through strategic account growth planningTechnical Solution DesignLead technical demonstrations showcasing how our platform addresses specific chemical processesTranslate complex manufacturing challenges into software opportunities, leveraging your engineering backgroundDesign integration strategies with existing systems (ERP, SCADA, DCS, LIMS)Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap based on market insights and client feedbackImplementation LeadershipGuide digital transformation journeys from initial planning through successful adoptionDevelop implementation strategies with clear milestones and success metricsLead data migration and system integration projectsTrain client teams on software utilization, focusing on role-specific workflows and maximum value realizationWhat You BringEssential Experience5+ years in chemical manufacturing or related industrial sectorsDeep understanding of chemical plant operations, equipment, and process optimizationCRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot)Hands-on experience with manufacturing software applications (MES, DCS, CMMS, ERP)Strong technical aptitude for learning and demonstrating complex software solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiencesConsultative problem-solving approach with project management experience, specifically with software implementationsConsistent communication skills and follow-through with clients and internal teamsWillingness to travel regionally (primarily Brazil, with occasional US/LatAm trips)Preferred QualificationsBachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)Previous SaaS sales experience in industrial/manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of regulatory frameworks (Brazilian ANVISA, US EPA/OSHA/PSM, regional compliance)Understanding of data analytics, process optimization, and predictive maintenance applicationsExperience with chemical process simulation softwareFamiliarity with Industry 4.0, IoT, and industrial automation conceptsChange management expertise for technology adoption and organizational transformationExperience with software integration methods (APIs, webhooks, etc.)Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data security, and disaster recovery protocolsProfessional Engineer (PE) certification or MBA/business courseworkWhy This Role MattersYou ll be at the forefront of industrial transformation, helping manufacturers across two continents modernize their operations while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
