As a Software Engineer IV, you will get the opportunity to work on InComm s FSS ,TMS & Finspect Team.
In this role, you will focus on enhancing the FSS platform, updating and redesigning the applications with the most cutting-edge technologies to optimize performance and make the next generation fraud detection solution.
The applications that our teams work on are responsible for fraud detection of gift card activation and financial card redemption transactions at InComm for our global partners.This position is a REMOTE + CLT position in Brazil.Responsibilities:Support both the evolution and continued modernization of existing applications and the design and delivery of new cloud based applications in an agile environmentImplements complex prototypes and core base code for developers to followAnalyze Machine learning models and come up with recommendationsCreate and present design solutions that have partial or system wide impactDesign, develop, deploy, configure, document, and debug extensive enterprise systems, while properly escalating issues to meet deadlinesApply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development lifecycle, and ensure reuse of codeShould be able to lead small teams.Coordinate with QA for end to end testing and post-production testingGood understanding of Object-Oriented Programming/Design principlesUnderstanding of, and experience with, software development best practicesGood understanding of open source application frameworksEffective verbal and written communication with clients in a business and technical mannerProblem solving skills and the ability to work with innovative solutionsStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and understand key issues quicklyAbility to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make technical and team decisions and assumes responsibility for those decisions while keeping management informedQualifications:Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field7+ years of experience with progressive Java (1.8 and above) development experience including J2EE in enterprise level scalable, distributed and fault tolerant environments.Experience in developing Restful Microservices Services using Spring boot.Experience with Docker, kubertetes, istio, ArgoCD and SnykExperience in any front end frameworks like Angular , reactJS, Primefaces etc is aplus.Proficient with MS SQL Server queries & stored proceduresExperience in Creating & Maintaining lower environmentsExperience participating in the full lifecycle of projects, including effective use of version control, build management, unit testing, and issue tracking software (ex.
git, Maven, JIRA)Experience with Azure cloudExperience with SQL Sentry Tool, Dynatrace and Splunk.Experience with open source object relational mapping toolsExperience with various platforms like Windows server, Linux/Unix.Experience with Cloud based plat forms, CMS ,Jenkins pipe lines and docker.Collaborate with QA testing in the research and writing of test cases along with participating in system testing.
Experience using Queuing technologies like RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ etc.Writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasksCreating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environmentsCreate complex SQL queries and understand SQL scriptsFamiliarity with SPLUNK with ability to navigate log filesStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and situations and troubleshoot issuesProblem solving skills, critical thinking and strong decision-making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal interactions (ability to foster a cooperative work environment)
