We are looking for a CRM and Campaigns Analyst to strengthen our lead generation and engagement strategy in the B2B and B2C markets.
This professional will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM, ensuring the efficiency of customer relationship, acquisition, and retention campaigns.Responsibilities:-Manage and optimize HubSpot, ensuring the correct configuration, segmentation, and automation of marketing flows.-Create and manage B2B lead generation and nurturing campaigns and B2C relationship campaigns.-Develop strategies and campaigns to encourage downloads and engagement in our app.-Create marketing automation flows for customer conversion, retention, and reactivation.-Manage the contact base, ensuring efficient segmentation and data enrichment.-Monitor performance metrics (conversion rates, engagement, ROI) and implement improvements.-Perform A/B tests to optimize campaigns.-Work in partnership with the Marketing, Sales and Product areas to ensure the best experience for customers.Requirements:-Strong experience in CRM, marketing automation and campaign management, preferably in HubSpot.-Knowledge of acquisition and relationship campaigns for B2B and B2C.-Experience with campaigns focused on app downloads and engagement.-Analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing strategies.-Organization and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.-English advance (is a must)If you have an analytical profile, experience in strategic campaigns and want to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, we want to meet you
