We are looking for "Senior Engineer - API Development (WESS Application / Vision)" remote mode who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities) Node.js & TypeScript (backend development); API Design & Development (RESTful & event-driven asynchronous APIs); AWS Services (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, S3, Secrets Manager);Apigee API Gateway (management, security); Data Lake Integration (Athena, Glue, or equivalent); API Security & Performance Optimization;CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins)Experience in Agile Methodologies; JIRA/ Confluence;Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken);Experience integrating APIs with Appian or other BPM tools is a plus;Strong problem-solving and debugging skills;Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban);Ability to collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and business teams;Strong documentation and API governance mindsetResponsible for designing and implementing asynchronous APIs that gather and process data from a Data Lake, ensuring seamless integration with Appian solution What can you expect from us?
