L-2 Norte Quadra 601 Módulo G, Brasilia, 70836 BrazilDuration: 12+ MonthsNote: L1 support need to have Kubernetes experience and strong Linux CLI to resolve ticketsL2 support roles will need to have experience with Kubernetes, Linux, Grafana, ServiceNow, and Net Admin basics.Job Description: The L1 Support Engineers will manage day-to-day operations and provide first-level support to GDC Air-gapped customers.
GDC Air-gapped support is 24/7/365 days a year and will include the working non-standard work hours, shifts, or weekends.Responsibilities Manage Level 1 tickets, troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issuesFrontline support for all customer queries and tickets on hardware and softwareTicket ownership through effective diagnosis, resolution, or escalationAnswer how-to questionsProvide internal and customer-facing bug progress summaries using available tools and platformsParticipate in regular on-call rotation as needed by business.Follow documented team procedures for high-priority incident and outage management in a potentially stressful situation.QualificationsFluent English3 years of experience in working with computer systems and computer networks, specifically with the Linux operating systemExperience with support workExperience in troubleshooting OS, network equipment, and softwareExperience troubleshooting hardware or network-related issues using Linux-based toolsExperience in troubleshooting Kubernetes production environments
