If you thrive on delivering practical solutions quickly and iterating in production, you ll enjoy our pace, otherwise, you might find the pace a bit intense.ResponsibilitiesFull life-cycle commercial software development and maintenance - analyze specifications, document requirements, architect/design, develop, and maintain software solutionsCollaborate with teams to design, develop, and produce high-quality code following best practices and standards for both new features and existing application maintenanceSupport and refactor legacy code using modern methodologies and technologiesAnalyze code to identify defect root causes and provide resolutionsDesign, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline software build, testing, and deployment processes across various environmentsParticipate in daily standups and weekly team meetings to review priorities, progress, new ideas, and technologiesAddress defects identified during various testing cyclesPerform high-quality peer reviewsRequired Experience7+ years of professional C / .NET building production systems and integrationsExcellent written & spoken English; can articulate tradeoffs with teammates and stakeholdersModern JavaScript framework experience (Vue.js preferred) plus solid backend C Fluent with Git and modern branching / PR workflowsRapid learner: You re expected to ramp up on a new library or API in hours, not weeksOwnership mentality: you design, build, ship, monitor, and fix the features you touchBias for shipping (80/20): working code in prod today beats perfect code next month - must compromise sometimesComfort working end-to-end: UI, API, data layer, infra scripts, whatever it takesTeam first: transparent, reliable, decisive, and laser-focused on customer impactDesired ExperienceUniversity degree or equivalent education (Technical or Engineering degree is optimal)Knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, or RazorExperience with GitHub Actions, Octopus, or DatadogFamiliarity with PostmanAdditional InformationKnowing your ideas are heard and matter, think big You get to own your job and be recognized for your contributionsWork with smart and creative peopleMaking mistakes is human.
