OPPO s footprint extends to more than 70 countries and regions, with over 300,000 sales outlets and 3,300 official service centers, where it employs more than 40,000 people dedicated to creating a better life for customers around the world through smarter products and services.We are looking for experienced talents to join us on this exciting journey ResponsibilitiesSupplier Management: Take on the procurement needs of materials (such as administrative supplies, warehousing logistics, service procurement, etc.), actively search for, evaluate, and screen potential suppliers in accordance with the company s procurement policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with suppliers, negotiate cooperation terms, including price, delivery time, quality standards, payment methods.Regularly assess the performance of suppliers, provide timely feedback on issues based on their delivery punctuality, product quality, cooperation level etc.Assist them in making improvements and propose the elimination of unqualified suppliers.Procurement Execution:Develop detailed procurement plans based on the company s business needs.Monitor the execution of procurement orders, communicate and coordinate with suppliers and relevant internal departments in a timely manner.Resolve any abnormal situations that arise during the procurement process, such as delays, damaged goods, non-conforming specifications etc.Be responsible for the acceptance of procurement materials, assist the demand personnel in verifying the quantity, specifications, quality, and other information.Handle the return and replacement procedures for non-conforming goods in a timely manner.Cost Control: Gain a deep understanding of market conditions and the fluctuation trends of material prices.Provide data support for the company s procurement decisions.Actively participate in the company s cost control projects, reduce procurement costs, and improve the company s procurement benefits.Information Management:Organize and file procurement contracts, invoices, acceptance documents, and other relevant procurement documents.Be proficient in using the procurement system to conduct work, update the data in the procurement system in a timely manner.Other Work:Assist the superior in completing other tasks related to procurement.RequirementsBachelor s degree or above, major.Advanced English is mandatory.Chinese language skills desirable.Have at least 4 years of purchasing work experience.Good communication skills.Strong negotiation skills and cost awareness.Be diligent and responsible, pay attention to details, have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.Be able to complete tasks on time and ensure work quality.Good team spirit.Be able to work under pressureBe able to maintain integrity, not accept gifts, not take kickbacks, not receive special hospitality from suppliers.Note: Please see your CV in English.
