Our client, a manufacturing company.
is looking for a Jr Logistics Associate to perform the following responsibilities:Assist the supervisor in operational controls.Act in the daily movement of finished products, such as receiving imports, transfers from other company units and receiving products via internal production.Perform and control product returns from customers, segregating and subsequently sending them to the quality area.Perform and monitor inventory control records and their movements via the system.Request separation and checking of products to fulfill sales orders for later shipment via carriers.Assist in checking freight invoices and ensuring that charges are in accordance with provisions previously generated in the system, and also whether additional charges are correct.Assist in analyzing daily sales volumes and requests from other departments to size and compose product shipments.Monitor deliveries to customers, ensuring compliance with the agreed deadline, with quality, efficiency and at the lowest possible cost.
Present the department s indicators and results monthly through performance indicators.Check cargo through the blind report.Assist with management reports.Monitor freight quotation processes.Control pending issues.Launch productions.Vehicle inspection.What we are looking for:Degree in Business Administration or Logistics.6 months in the role or 3 years in related activities.English B2.
